1890 - Agencies/Subsidiaries were opened in Tetschen/Bodenbach & Leipzig.
1972 - Expropriation: the company was transferred to public ownership.
1990 - Reprivatization of the company by Christa Thiel
1992 - Christa Thiel extended the firm by acquiring a production plant in Hinterhermsdorf (Saxony).
