The goods are delivered by parcel service or conveyance carriage paid from a net value of goods of 199,- € on.

Notices of defects concerning weight, number of items and amicability have to be made within a time of 14 days to be legally accepted. Return consignments can only be accepted if this was previously agreed on, otherwise the redemption will be denied. Our motto concerning package is: “As little as possible, as much as necessary”. Therefore, we would like to ask you to do without LDPE-bags, if possible. As an alternative, we offer you package-bands or tacking threads.
